1. What We Collect (And What We Don’t)
Designify isn’t here to snoop. We only grab what’s absolutely needed to run the bot and make it better. Here’s the breakdown:
- Server Basics: When you ask Designify to set up your Discord server, we temporarily check things like your server name, channels, and roles—just enough to get the job done. Important: We don’t store this info after finishing your request, unless we absolutely have to (like fixing a bug).
- Chat Logs (But Not Really): To train our AI, we keep snippets of commands and responses from setup threads. Don’t worry—we scrub these logs clean of any details that could tie them to you or your server.
- Your Secrets Are Safe: We never collect personal stuff like your username, messages, or DM history. That’s between you and Discord.
2. Why We Need This Info
We’re not selling your data to sketchy third parties. Here’s why we use it:
- To Make Designify Work: Your server setup commands need to be understood and acted on—this data lets us do that.
- To Help You Faster: If you hit a snag, we might peek at anonymized logs to diagnose issues—but only with the boring details removed.
3. How Long We Keep It
Your server data vanishes from our systems the second your setup is done.
4. Policy Updates
We might tweak this policy as laws or Designify’s features change. If we make big updates, we’ll announce it on our Discord server. Check the “Last updated” date at the top—if it’s newer than your last visit, give it a skim.
5. Got Questions?
